Each shipment features a single-origin coffee — one country, one region, one story. Pick your frequency (every 2, 4, or 8 weeks) and number of bags (1, 2, or 4 per shipment). Pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

When will my coffee ship?

Processing takes 1–3 business days after you order. Transit across Canada is typically 5–14 business days depending on carrier and destination. See our Shipping Policy for remote-address exceptions.

Can I choose the origin?

Yes — build your plan on our subscription page and pick the coffee type, grind, roast, and frequency that suits you. Prefer variety? Leave the selection open and we will curate a rotating origin for you each cycle.

How fresh is the coffee?

Every bag is roasted on a rolling small-batch cadence, with a roast date printed on the bag. Best brewed within four weeks of that date.

What is the return policy?

Not happy with a bag? Email hello@originpour.co within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice. No product return required. See our full Refund Policy.

How does the impact commitment work?

Can I gift a subscription?
