Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At checkout, Origin Pour offers more than one way to purchase some products. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel each kind, when a refund applies, and how your chosen option interacts with our other policies.

What's a "purchase option"?

A purchase option is the kind of transaction you choose at checkout:

  • One-time purchase — a single shipment, charged once.
  • Subscription — a recurring shipment at your chosen frequency (every 2, 4, or 8 weeks), charged automatically on each ship date.
  • Gift subscription — a pre-paid bundle of shipments (3, 6, or 12 months) that does not auto-renew.

Cancelling a one-time purchase

Before shipment: email hello@originpour.co with your order number. If we can still intercept the order before the supplier ships, we will cancel and refund in full within 5–10 business days.

After shipment: the order cannot be cancelled, but the full Refund Policy applies — you have 14 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement for an eligible issue.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future shipments immediately.

  • Before the next charge: cancel through your account or by emailing us. No further charges will be made.
  • After the charge but before the supplier ships: email us before the ship date and we will refund that cycle.
  • After shipment: we cannot refund the current shipment, but no further shipments will be charged. If there is a problem with the shipment when it arrives, the Refund Policy applies.

Cancelling a gift subscription

Gift subscriptions are pre-paid in full at purchase. You can cancel before the first shipment by emailing us; we will refund the full amount to the original purchaser. Once the first shipment has shipped, the Refund Policy applies to each shipment individually.

Your cancellation rights under Canadian law

Nothing in this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under your province's consumer-protection legislation — including, where applicable, the right to cancel a recurring-services agreement following material price changes, failure to disclose renewal terms, or breach by the seller.

  • Your order number or subscription account email
  • Which purchase option you want to cancel
  • Whether you are requesting a refund

We respond within one business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
