Where we ship

We currently ship across Canada. Delivery to remote and northern addresses (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and certain rural postal codes) may take longer — email hello@originpour.co for an estimate before ordering. We do not yet ship internationally.

Shipping cost

  • Subscription orders: free shipping on every shipment within Canada.
  • One-time orders: shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

How fulfillment works

Orders are fulfilled by our supplier and carrier network. When you place an order, we pass it to the partner closest to your shipping address. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order ships.

Order processing and delivery time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days from order placement.
  • Canadian transit: typically 5–14 business days, depending on carrier, destination, and supplier location.
  • Remote/northern addresses: may extend by an additional 1–2 weeks.

Delivery-time estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs delays (where applicable), severe weather, and peak-season volume can all extend transit. We pass on tracking numbers so you can follow along.

Taxes on shipping

Applicable GST/HST/QST/PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province. Customers are not responsible for customs duties on orders shipped domestically within Canada.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early) and check with neighbours, your mailroom, or your building manager. If it still has not shown up, email us and we will open a tracking inquiry and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Address changes

You can update your shipping address in your account at any time. If your subscription is within 48 hours of shipping, email us as soon as possible so we can try to redirect before it leaves the supplier's warehouse.
