Business model
Origin Pour curates single-origin coffee and fulfills orders through a network of third-party suppliers who ship directly to the customer on our behalf. Origin Pour remains your sole point of contact for customer service, returns, and refunds. Shipping timing depends on the supplier closest to your address — see our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery windows.
Applicable law
Our operations are subject to Canadian federal law — including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the Competition Act, the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act, and the Excise Tax Act — and to the consumer-protection legislation of the Province of Alberta as well as of any province to which we ship.

Tax registration
Origin Pour is operated as a small-business sole proprietorship below the GST/HST mandatory registration threshold. We do not currently charge GST/HST on our invoices. If and when we cross the registration threshold, we will register with the Canada Revenue Agency, collect GST/HST on applicable sales, and update this Legal Notice with our registration number.
