Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how our recurring coffee subscription works. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
How it works
When you start a subscription, you choose your preferences (coffee type, grind, caffeine, roast, number of bags per shipment, and shipment frequency). Each shipment renews automatically based on the frequency you pick (every 2, 4, or 8 weeks) until you cancel.
Auto-renewal disclosure
By starting a subscription you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your subscription is a continuing payment authorization — you authorize Origin Pour to charge your payment method on each ship date until you cancel.
- You may cancel, pause, or skip at any time, effective immediately for future shipments.
- Cancellation does not refund shipments already sent.
This disclosure is provided in accordance with Canadian consumer-protection legislation, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act and equivalent provincial statutes.
Billing
Subscription charges are made in Canadian dollars on or shortly before each ship date. Applicable GST/HST/QST/PST is added at checkout based on your shipping province. Subscription prices are locked at signup; if we change recurring prices we will email you at least 30 days in advance with an option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Pause, skip, and cancel

Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future shipments. It does not refund shipments already sent. If a charge has been made but the shipment has not left the supplier, email us before the ship date and we will refund that cycle.
Changing preferences
You can change grind, roast, caffeine, bag count, or frequency at any time through your account. Changes apply to the next shipment that has not yet entered fulfillment.
Gift subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are paid in full at purchase for the number of months selected. They do not auto-renew.
Communications
By starting a subscription, you consent to transactional emails about your subscription. Marketing emails are separate and require additional consent under CASL; you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Ending the subscription
We may end a subscription if payment fails after repeated retries, an address becomes undeliverable, we suspect fraud or abuse, or we discontinue the Services. We will notify you by email.
